Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department. Duties
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization.
- Manage recruitment processes including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Oversee performance management systems to ensure employee development and satisfaction.
- Supervise HR staff and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Utilize HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft, Paylocity, Oracle, and Kronos for efficient data management.
- Lead organization design initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Negotiate employment contracts and manage employee relations issues effectively.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations while maintaining a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop programs that enhance employee skills.
Experience
- Proven experience in a Human Resources managerial role or similar capacity.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms including PeopleSoft, Paylocity, Oracle, and Kronos.
- Demonstrated experience in program management and organizational design.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in supervising teams and managing recruitment processes is essential.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on conflict resolution.
