Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of HR systems and program management.

Duties

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization.
  • Manage recruitment processes including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Oversee performance management systems to ensure employee development and satisfaction.
  • Supervise HR staff and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Utilize HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft, Paylocity, Oracle, and Kronos for efficient data management.
  • Lead organization design initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Negotiate employment contracts and manage employee relations issues effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations while maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop programs that enhance employee skills.

Experience

  • Proven experience in a Human Resources managerial role or similar capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms including PeopleSoft, Paylocity, Oracle, and Kronos.
  • Demonstrated experience in program management and organizational design.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in supervising teams and managing recruitment processes is essential.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a focus on conflict resolution.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,277.00 per year
