POSITION DESCRIPTION
The HR Generalist will support management-level staff and perform a variety of tasks on the Culture team. The primary functions of the HR Generalist are the oversight of the personnel operations of all employees in the Kline Franchising enterprise, onboarding, and offboarding of team members. The HR Generalist will work under the leadership of the HR Manager and serve as a mentor for other members of the Culture team.
This is a part-time, contract opportunity. Candidates must be willing to work onsite at our Headquarters office in Cornelius, NC three times a week.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
People Operations Oversight
- Collect and manage data pertaining to personnel for proper record keeping and filing
- Prepares records for personnel management to support monthly and quarterly audits.
- Participate in personnel audits such as compensation, position, benefits, etc
- Assists in the maintenance of HR records for personnel by recording the hiring, transfer, termination, change in job classifications, and merit increase dates as well as tracking PTO.
- Payroll processing and reporting
- Data analytics and report preparation for all entities
- Oversight of full onboarding process
- Reviews company policies, gathers personnel information, explains benefit programs, and obtains signatures for all necessary documentation.
- Full scope of the process (Preboarding, Day 1, Week 1, Day 30, Day 90)
- Capturing and reporting data for understanding of gaps for improvement
- Oversight of full offboarding process
- Capturing and reporting data for understanding gaps for improvement
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist or Human Resources Administrative role
- Written and verbal communication skills
