This position will be responsible for administrative duties, including the knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, communicating with clients both verbally and in writing, answering phones, filing and assisting management in the day-to-day operations of the office. Additionally, being able to multi-task, problem solving and adjusting from a daily routine are all musts.

Position Duties
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Data Entry
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Maintain a filing system
- Provide general support to visitors
- Other duties as assigned
- RTMs experience is a plus
- Inventory control experience is a plus
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with demonstrated expertise in Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to interact with senior management and external organizations, clients and vendors
- Must be quality minded and self-motivated
- Operates in a professional office environment
- Routinely uses standard office equipment
- High School Diploma or GED
- RTMs experience is a plus
- Inventory control experience is a plus
