Koch Capabilities Company (KCC) is seeking a Senior Payroll Governance Analyst with strong analytical and communication skills to join our team! This role supports the Koch global payroll team as payroll business partner. This is a unique opportunity to contribute across multiple Koch companies.

What You Will Do
* Develop metrics to provide insights regarding the health of global payroll processes.
* Analyze payroll data and develop analytical commentary to measure progress for key bets.
* Understand and improve payroll processes leveraging data.
* Adapt communication to effectively share payroll concepts, capability performance and analysis/insights with non-financial audiences
* Build relationships and collaborate cross-functionally (across capability operations, multiple Koch companies and within business HR)
* Demonstrate principled entrepreneurship by anticipating customer needs, performing insightful analysis, identifying opportunities for optimization & transformation, driving opportunity discussions, and ultimately enabling customers to act
* Develop reporting framework for payroll data requests
* Provide support for various internal and external audits related to payroll processes
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
* Experience in financial analysis, business development, economic analysis, or other role that demonstrates solid understanding of key accounting & financial concepts, key business drivers, data driven insights
* Experience performing scenario analysis that enables business decision-makers to evaluate the potential impact of different approaches, events or conditions
* Experience building relationships and communicating with stakeholders, presenting recommendations and experience being challenged on recommendations
* Experience working on projects that required adaptability while having multiple tasks and deadlines to manage
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite or Office 365, including advanced Excel skills (spreadsheet creation/editing, pivot tables, graphs, data manipulation/analysis and formula creation)
What Will Put You Ahead
* Financial modeling experience i.e. KPIs
* Data and Analysis experience, enabling data driven approach to financial analysis
* Proficiency with payroll systems (SAP, Dayforce or others) or other financial systems
* Proficiency with business insights and data visualization tools (i.e. Tableau, Alteryx, PowerBI)
* Proficiency with ServiceNow
