Responsibilities
Case Management and Support through the Discovery Process
- Maintain case files, including physical and electronic organization.
- Assist with document production, including reviewing, indexing, and organizing discovery materials.
- Assist with discovery, including interrogatories, requests for production, and subpoenas.
- Coordinate and summarize depositions, witness interviews, and expert reports.
- Gather, analyze, and organize evidence for trial preparation.
- Assist attorneys during trial, including managing documents and exhibits.
- Draft and issue subpoenas for witnesses and document requests.
Qualifications
- 5 years plus of litigation experience and/or Certified paralegal with a MINIMUM of at least 2 years of experience in litigation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite 365 and familiar with office equipment such as multi-line phone systems, desktop computers, fax machines, and scanners/printers.
- Highly organized, efficient, and skilled at prioritizing tasks.
- A positive, solution-focused problem solver.
- A collaborative team player, willing to take on tasks as needed.
- Strong written communication abilities, ensuring consistency, attention to detail, and professionalism.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
