About the Role
The KVG Support Specialist is the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and provides exceptional customer service and support. The Support Specialist collaborates with operations and administration teams to ensure smooth project closeouts and efficient vendor management.

Role Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email, delivering outstanding customer service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate seamless project closeouts.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors to source products and services as needed.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts with vendors.
- Maintain accurate records and files for all KVG business systems.
- Prepare and analyze data to support shipping and logistics.
- Contribute to the KVG’s mission and uphold its values.
Required knowledge, Experience, and Professional Competencies of the Job
Education/Knowledge:
- Required
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Preferred
- Bachelor's degree
Experience:
- Required
- 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
- Experience in vendor management is a plus.
- Preferred
- Experience working in a cross-cultural or international environment.
- Knowledge of additional languages.
- Familiarity with ISO requirements.
