L’Elite MediSpa and Wellness BK is a fast paced, fast growing MediSpa with locations in Crown Heights, Brooklyn and Melville, Long Island. We are seeking a Medical Receptionist to manage the front desk and administrative responsibilities at our MediSpa in Brooklyn. We are looking for an individual who is personable, great communicator, efficient and comfortable being a member of a medical team. The ability to multi-task, while maintaining schedules and managing administrative support, is essential in this position. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver and organized. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position. We are looking for a long-term team member who will embrace our practice ethics and bring positive energy. The best candidate is one who has an interest and formal training in the medical and/or aesthetic industry.
Medical Receptionist responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks
- Greet clients- Check clients in and out when receiving services
- Respond to client questions and requests for information
- Answering telephone calls
- Managing schedules
- Generate memos, emails, and reports when appropriate
- Assume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment, including computers, copy machines, and fax machines
- Maintain supplies by checking inventory and order items
- Process lab work
- Assist with setting up and turning over treatment rooms for procedures
- Maintain cleanliness in MediSpa
- Professional appearance reflecting the Industry
Administrative Assistant preferred qualifications:
- Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency
- Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
- Exceptional communication skills
- Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
- MediSpa or Medical experience required
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
