What are the responsibilities and job description for the Membership Sales Advisor position at LA Fitness?
This is a part-time developmental role designed to fast-track an employee to management within 30-60 days. Compensation includes an hourly wage plus uncapped commission earnings based on membership sales and monthly bonus opportunities.
Responsibilities include developing strategies to improve sales, effectively handling customer concerns, and marketing LA Fitness throughout the community. Ultimately, a top-performing membership sales advisor should be able to achieve excellent customer service at all times.
-Continually meeting or exceeding sales quotes.
-Making calls, scheduling appointments for tours, and generating leads.
-Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers.
-Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
-Regularly attending production meetings and training sessions.
-Room for promotions and rapid growth within the company.
-Flexible scheduling.
-Marketing to local residents, cross-promoting with local businesses, social media advertising, attending on-sites, booking vendors, and setting up corporate agreements.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $11.50 - $14.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
