Roofing Project Manager

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Project Manager to oversee various construction and remodeling projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management and demonstrate expertise in multiple Roofing and siding experience. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to read blueprints, and a hands-on approach to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.

Duties

• Manage all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, team members, and upper management.
• Utilize blueprint reading skills to interpret project plans and specifications accurately.
• Implement effective problem-solving strategies to address any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Ensure that all work meets industry standards for craftsmanship in roofing siding and gutters.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry or related field.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and project management software.
• Hands-on experience with various trades including Siding ,roofing, Gutters.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage conflicts effectively.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of safety on job sites.
