Description
The purpose of this position is to provide nursing care to patients. The LPN has contact with patients, patient families and visitors, hospital employees, referral agencies, volunteers, administration, and physicians. Effective interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this position.
The LPN will also:
- Plan and manage patient care according to each patient’s needs.
- Interview patients and record their medical history.
- Obtain patient vital signs and escort patients to the exam room.
- Administer injections of medications
- Verify that patient charts are updated promptly and accurately.
- Observe and record patients’ conditions and reactions to medications and treatments.

Shifts: Day shifts, 72 hours biweekly
Compensation:
Hourly Wage Range: $23.10 - $31.06. Please note that final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications and internal equity considerations.
