Landscape Maintenance Foreman

Lakeview Lawn & Landscape, Inc. offers premier property management, landscaping and construction services to commercial clients across New York State. We are currently in search of experienced Landscape Maintenance Forman who are energetic, reliable, hardworking, team players with a positive attitude to join our company.

Forman Daily Job Tasks Include:

• Communicate appropriately with customers.
• Fill out daily service property reports
• Daily use of mobile software for time tracking.
• Manage, train, and produce tasks with other crew members in a timely fashion
• Install/maintain new shrubs, trees, flowers, foliage and bulbs, mulch and ground covers
• Care for commercial properties to include: mowing, trimming, edging, weeding beds and other tasks as job site requires, using the latest equipment and techniques
• Use various types of power and hand tools in performing maintenance, construction and installation tasks
• Weekly safety meeting participation
• Job site safety
• Bilingual would be a plus

Forman Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid New York state drivers license
• Clean New York State drivers license
• Must meet D.O.T. requirements for drug and alcohol use
• Minimum 1-5 years of previous Forman experience a MUST
• Ability to perform physical work in various weather conditions
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to pass drug test and physical
• Ability to work Monday through Friday and some Saturdays (8-10 hours per day)
• Ability to follow directions and work safely is a must!
• Must meet job site requirements for vaccinated induvial

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
