Position Overview:
As a Front Desk Receptionist at Lakewood Family Dental, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional dental care and contributing to the success of our practice. You will join a team of dedicated professionals who are committed to providing the best possible patient experience and promoting the practice of dentistry.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care: Provide high-quality customer service to patients of all ages, ensuring their needs is being met and they are experiencing the Lakewood Family hospitality as soon as they walk in the door!
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other dental professionals, including General Dentists, Specialists, and support staff, fostering a positive and supportive team environment.
Professional Development: Continue your growth as a workplace professional by participating in workshops, team building exercises and other trainings to expand your skillsets and knowledge of the industry.
Compliance and Quality: Adhere to all industry regulations, safety protocols, and ethical standards. Ensure the highest level of quality within the workplace.
Patient Education: Educate patients about oral health, treatment options, and preventive measures, empowering them to make informed decisions about their dental care.
Relationship Development: Contribute to the growth and success of the practice by providing excellent patient care and fostering positive patient experiences, leading to increased patient referrals and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Front desk, receptionist, or call center experience of 1 year (Required)
- Dental scheduling experience of 1 year (Required)
- Experience working in a professional office setting (Required)
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills and a passion for people
- Ability to work well within a team and collaborate with colleagues effectively
