Lamberti USA, Inc. produces specialty chemicals for a wide range of industrial applications. We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our finance team.
Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with extensive accounts payable experience. This individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts payable to ensure accurate and timely payments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process accounts payable transactions
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all invoices
- Ensure proper approvals are obtained before payments
- Reconcile accounts and address discrepancies
- Utilize SAP for data entry and record-keeping (experience with SAP is a plus)
- Work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, ideally having experience with large corporations
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline the accounts payable process
Qualifications
- Experience: At least 10 years of recent accounts payable experience, regardless of previous job title (e.g., Coordinator, Specialist, Manager)
- Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in relevant accounting software (SAP experience preferred)
- Additional Preferences: Experience working in large corporate settings is highly desirable

- Search Area: Candidates should reside within a 60-mile radius of Hungerford, TX, excluding areas south or west of the plant (e.g., Katy, Missouri City, Houston, Alvin, Pearland)
- Interview Process: In-person interviews will be conducted in December, with a January start date
