What are the responsibilities and job description for the Admin/HR position at Landmark Services of Southwest Florida, Inc.?

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to be in the forefront to greet customers while doing admin/HR responsibilities. Must be strong in Microsoft Office and Quickbooks. Please send resume to schedule an interview.

Job hours are 8- 5pm Monday through Friday

  • Running errands
  • Stocking supplies
  • Sorting and sending mail
  • Answering and routing phone calls
  • Greeting visitors
  • Preparing reports
  • Processing payments
  • Billing
  • Payroll
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Accounts Payable (minimal)

Pay dependent upon experience. Negotiable for the right candidate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

  • Bradenton, FL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
