Payroll Manager

LaSalle Network is hiring a Payroll Manager to join a fast-paced, growing organization within the manufacturing/ CPG industry! This role is operating on a hybrid model and requires a detail-oriented professional to ensure payroll is processed accurately and in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Payroll Manager Responsibilities:

• Process payroll transactions, including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes and other deductions
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll updates for new hires, terminations, and pay rate changes
• Guarantee compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations
• Manage union reporting, weekly certified payroll, and multi-state tax deposits
• Handle electronic timesheets, unemployment taxes, and benefit-related payroll updates
• Assist with other tasks and special projects as assigned

Payroll Specialist Requirements:

• Multi-state payroll tax experience is a must
• Familiarity with construction payroll, job costs, and certified payroll submissions
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills; experience with Foundation software is a plus
• Strong technical, analytical, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and meets critical deadlines
• Team-oriented attitude with high integrity and professionalism
