Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Debt Resolutions Manager to lead and oversee our debt recovery team. This key leadership role requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in managing teams and driving performance in debt resolution, collections, or financial services. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our debt recovery processes, focusing on maximizing recovery rates while maintaining compliance with regulations and delivering excellent customer service. This poistion is fully onsite for first six months then hybrid flexibility.
\n- Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of debt resolution specialists to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including setting goals, monitoring progress, and evaluating team performance.
- Provide coaching and support to ensure the team achieves high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
- Debt Resolution Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective debt recovery strategies to optimize collection rates and minimize delinquencies.
- Analyze portfolio trends and work closely with senior management to adjust recovery strategies based on performance metrics and market conditions.
- Implement and refine policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated accounts and complex resolutions, ensuring timely and appropriate actions are taken.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., legal, finance, and operations) to resolve client disputes, address account issues, and enhance the debt resolution process.
- Communicate with external partners, agencies, and third-party vendors as necessary to support debt collection efforts.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior leadership on the team's performance and recovery trends.
- Utilize data and insights to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
- Forecast collection volumes and resource requirements to ensure efficient team operations.
- Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), and other applicable compliance requirements.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to debt resolution processes, ensuring all operations are conducted with integrity and transparency.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and evolving regulatory requirements.
Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
