Job Overview:
Seeking part-time office assistant
Ossining attorney looking for part-time office assistance beginning July 15, 2024 and ending August 2, 2024. All work is done virtually, but candidate needs to live in Westchester County or close by to receive any needed supplies.
Duties include:
Checking office email, voicemail and sending attorney a daily summary/report of client issues and concerns.
Ability to print and mail letters same day (supplies will be provided).
Speaking with clients in a professional manner to communicate messages from attorney.
Hours:
1-2 hours each weekday, candidate to set own hours.
Temporary position to start, could lead to more substantial employment in the future.
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 6 – 10 per week
