Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the accounting cycle, including accounts payable and receivable, both contract and time and material invoicing.
- Conduct reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards.
- Perform payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees and subcontractors
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper in a construction company
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- AIA billing experience
