Responsibilities
- Client and Event Coordination
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients booking reservations or private parties at Lefty’s.
- Manage the event booking process, including gathering client requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and confirming details.
- Act as the liaison for events, ensuring all logistics are on track and client expectations are met.
- Administrative Support
- Manage the owner’s phone, including screening and handling calls.
- Keep schedules organized and up-to-date, booking appointments and maintaining deadlines.
- Assist with email correspondence and follow-ups, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Operational Assistance
- Proactively identify ways to enhance efficiency in daily operations.
- Coordinate with staff and vendors as needed to ensure smooth workflows.
- Maintain records of reservations, events, and communications for easy access and reporting.
- Customer Interaction
- Provide exceptional hospitality to clients over the phone and in person, representing Lefty’s brand values.
- Handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and deliver a polished, professional experience to every client.
Requirements and Proficiencies
Must-Have Skills:
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with scheduling tools and event management platforms.
- Ability to anticipate needs and act proactively without being directed.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in hospitality or event coordination.
- Proficiency in CRM or reservation management software.
- Basic understanding of social media or marketing tools is a plus.
