- High School Diploma/GED
- Previous manufacturing experience
- Ability to use power tools and other sheet metal tools
- Ability to read a tape measure and use basic tools
- Working as part of a large team using verbal and written communication
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Great work ethic and teamwork skills.
