We are seeking a highly organized and proactive BDC Service Representative to join our team.
Full Time $15.00 per hour plus Spiffs
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquires by internet, phone and email
- Maintain communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and service
- Schedule appointments for service team
- Respond to emails in a professional, well written manner
- Follow up with customers; update customer information
- Deliver inquiries/messages promptly to other appropriate personnel and departments
- Others duties as assigned
- Some automotive industry experience preferred

Strong customer service skills
- Time management, prioritization skills and ability to multitask required
- Goal oriented and eager to improve
- Positive, flexible and process-oriented
- Solid computer skills, Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
