Liberty FCU, a full-service credit union, is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our Marketing team located in Evansville, IN. This individual will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our marketing processes. This position ensures smooth coordination, communication, and project management within the department. This position will also support and enable credit union sales teams and staff with necessary marketing-facilitated tools and software. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and possesses excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Oversee and optimize marketing systems and workflows to ensure seamless operations.
- Streamline the process for marketing requests, ensuring clarity and efficiency.
- Maintain transparency in all marketing activities and communications.
- Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to execute marketing initiatives.
- Analyze marketing data and generate insightful reports to measure success.
- Assist in creating impactful marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, and advertisements.
- Administer marketing tools and software, including email marketing platforms and CRM systems.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging and strategy.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Continuously enhance processes and workflows for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, sharing valuable insights with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in marketing operations. Graphic design and project management experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing platforms, project management tools).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret marketing data.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
