Liberty Software is a fast paced, growing, pharmacy software company looking for aTalent Acquisition Specialistto support Liberty's growth through talent acquisition and employee retention functions. This person will be responsible for sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, building relationships, hosting interviews, making offers, as well as being heavily involved in the onboarding process and records administration.

This is an in-person position based in our office in Southlake, Texas.
Job Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Source candidates and build and maintain relationships with potential team members
- Review resumes and keep Liberty's applicant tracking system up-to-date
- Conduct screening and in-person interviews
- Coordinate verbal and written offers
- Manage background check process for all new employees
- Act as primary point-of-contact with applicants throughout interview and onboarding process
- Check-in with new hires post-onboarding to gain feedback and improve onboarding process
- Collaborate on HR and employment engagement projects and assist with HRIS management items as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree preferred, with at least two years of full cycle recruiting experience required
- Headhunting skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional networking tools strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to navigate one or multiple ATS platform(s) and job boards such as Indeed and ZipRecruiter
- Experience recruiting in the technology or healthcare space a plus
- Strong Microsoft office skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Excellent listening and critical thinking skills
- Professional and friendly demeanor
