Our company is in need of a Front Desk Receptionist who can efficiently handle a high volume of incoming inquiries and understand when to refer customers to other members of the clinic team. The right candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy managing a busy schedule full of appointments.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing calls to appropriate individuals.
- Introduce and announce guests to office personnel.
- Ask guests to take a seat and wait until they are called.
- Greet visitors, vendors, and clients and direct them to the appropriate person.
- Answer general questions about company.
- Answer questions about products and services.
- Collect payments for services rendered.
- Handle cash, checks, or credit card transactions.
- Provide general information concerning the products or services offered by your employer.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.50 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
