We are currently seeking a Director of Nursing to join our collaborative team.

The position will be responsible for managing the overall nursing department operation, including budget control, recruitment, retention, quality of care and regulatory standard compliance.
The ideal candidate must be licensed as a Registered Nurse and possess strong leadership qualities, 3 years of progressive, long-term care management experience and the desire to enhance the quality of life that residents enjoy.
