Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire recruitment process for various entry-level positions
- Create and maintain job postings including verification of compensation information.
- Post open positions to internal and external job sites.
- Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews and follow-up between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
- Communicate effectively with candidates about job requirements, interview schedules, and other inquiries.
- Review resumes and identify qualified applicants
- Conduct initial phone screening interviews with candidates
- Conduct reference checks as needed
- Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
- Assist with offer letter creation.
- Maintain recruiting process documentation.
- Research and support of LinkedIn, really and other job boards
- Organize our employee referral process, including asking for referrals and managing bonus requests.
- Provide Career Fair support.
- Work closely with TA team to help support the current workload as prioritized by the needs of the operations management team.
- Work with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to improve recruitment efficiencies and systems
Minimum Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to handle multiple competing priorities simultaneously
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume recruiting environment
- Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Solid computer skills with Office 365 and stand-alone applications such as Excel, Word and Teams
- Demonstrate resourcefulness and initiative in dealing with daily assumptions.
- Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.

Preferred Experience
- Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices.
- Experience recruiting in the construction industry preferred
- Maintain recruiting data, reporting metrics with confidence
- Analyze and prioritize reporting
- Experience with KPI's
- Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills.
- Demonstrated experience with listening and interviewing skills
- Ability to travel to company branches, colleges, trade schools, and career fairs.
- Gather and analyze information skillfully.
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred
Pay Rate:
$55,000 - $60,000 per year
