Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Personal Assistant to directly support the owner of a growing business. This is a hybrid position, primarily remote with occasional in-office responsibilities. The role requires flexibility, as some days you may be needed on short notice to assist with tasks. You will manage a blend of personal and professional responsibilities, including scheduling, client management, creative projects, and occasional personal errands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work directly with the owner to manage schedules, prioritize tasks, and ensure efficient time management.
- Schedule and confirm interviews, set client appointments, and organize the owner's calendar.
- Assist with errands, personal tasks, and day-to-day organizational needs.
- Learn and utilize tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, Calendly, and various CRM platforms.
- Track and organize client data, monitor client status, and assist with follow-ups and reviews.
- Support the owner in managing and creating social media content, including posts, videos, graphics, and editing.
- Collaborate on creative projects to develop marketing materials and improve the company's online presence.
- Occasionally assist with transporting children to and from sports practices or events.
Work Environment:
- This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work primarily from home with occasional in-office tasks.
- Flexibility is essential, as you may be needed on short notice to assist with specific responsibilities.
Training and Development:
- Opportunity to gain relevant licenses and certifications required for business operations.
- All costs, schooling, and training will be provided and covered by the owner.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to learn new tools and software quickly.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media platforms is preferred but not required.

- Ability to work independently while being responsive to the owner's needs.
- Reliable transportation for errands and assisting with children's activities.
Schedule:
This is a flexible position working directly with the owner. Responsibilities primarily occur during weekdays, with occasional evening or weekend tasks as required. Some days may require availability on short notice.
