Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Computer Technician to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Diagnose and remedy hardware and software issues for both Mac OS, windows, and Linux systems.
- Assist users with computer management tasks, ensuring optimal performance of their devices.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their technical challenges and provide clear solutions.
- Perform routine maintenance on computer systems, including updates and installations.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery.
Requirements
- Proficiency in computer hardware troubleshooting and repair.
- Experience with Mac OS, Linux, and other operating systems.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for technology and continuous learning in the field of IT support.
