This is an excellent opportunity for a driven person. We are looking for a person who has a high energy personality. The successful candidate will work with customers to identify customer concerns, communicate concerns to technicians, give status updates to the customer, close tickets, and cashier with the customer. Monitor customer follow up and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to resolve concerns or clarify information.
- Communicate with the service team to ensure that the service work is done correctly and on time.
- Have the ability to learn and remember the names of all vehicles in the service department.
- Use good judgment when dealing with customers, co-workers, and management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
