Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Video Content Creator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling and a knack for producing engaging, high-quality video content tailored for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form video channels. This role requires a strong understanding of social media trends, video production, and visual storytelling. The Video Content Creator will collaborate across departments to craft compelling narratives that captivate our target audience.

Duties

• Develop engaging, on-brand video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form platforms.
• Brainstorm, script, and film creative ideas that align with current social media trends.
• Edit videos using Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools to produce polished and professional content.
• Conduct research to ensure content resonates with the target audience and aligns with the latest platform-specific trends.
• Collaborate with social media, marketing, and graphic design teams to integrate video content into broader campaigns.
• Utilize storytelling, photography, and animation to enhance video projects.
• Analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and improve content effectiveness.
• Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content.
• Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging video content styles.

Requirements

• Proven experience in video content creation, with a portfolio showcasing short-form videos for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube.
• Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite for basic graphic design and animation.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing and current trends in short-form video content.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
• A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative, platform-specific ideas.
• Basic knowledge of photography and animation is a plus.
