Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Content & Marketing Operations Manager to lead the creation of high-quality original content for Loyalty360. In this role, you will focus on developing and managing a robust content strategy, writing and editing articles, reports, interviews, and research papers related to customer loyalty, customer experience, and marketing trends. You will ensure that all content is aligned with our brand voice and industry standards while driving engagement across digital platforms. This role also oversees content distribution and marketing operations to support business growth.


Key Responsibilities:


Content Creation, Writing & Editing:


  • Write, edit, and proofread original content, including in-depth articles, industry reports, executive interviews, whitepapers, and newsletters for Loyalty360.
  • Ensure all content reflects Loyalty360’s brand voice, adheres to editorial guidelines, and meets the highest quality standards.
  • Assist in coordinating interviews with customer loyalty experts, executives, and industry leaders, and craft thoughtful interview questions to produce insightful and engaging content.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and research to ensure relevant, timely content that resonates with our audience.


Content Management & Operations:


  • Develop and manage the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery and consistency in publishing original content.
  • Oversee the end-to-end content production process, from ideation to publication and distribution across digital platforms.
  • Manage content workflows, using content and project management systems to optimize efficiency and track performance metrics.
  • Analyze content performance using analytics tools and implement strategies to enhance audience engagement and reach.


Marketing Operations & Strategy:


  • Work closely with the marketing and client relationship teams to align content with broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Develop and execute content marketing strategies that drive traffic, generate leads, and increase audience engagement.
  • Support email marketing campaigns by providing tailored content and assisting with segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
  • Collaborate with team members to integrate content into brand awareness, demand generation, and retention efforts.


Team Leadership & Collaboration:


  • Mentor and guide junior content creators, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to brand standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including design, product, and marketing, to ensure cohesive content strategies.
  • Champion editorial best practices and keep the team informed on emerging content trends and technologies.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in content writing, editing, and marketing operations, with a focus on original content creation for digital platforms.
  • Proven ability to create, proofread, and manage high-quality content, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Experience in developing content strategies and leading content teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and content performance metrics.


Preferred Skills:


  • Strong data analysis skills, with experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) to measure content effectiveness.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday) and design platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
