HR Generalist/Recruiter
Are you a proactive HR professional with a strong background in recruiting? LSPedia is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist/Recruiter to provide HR support while driving talent acquisition efforts. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple HR functions, from recruitment to compliance and employee engagement, in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do
- Support the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
- Track candidate status, pre-employment screenings, and manage onboarding and orientation programs.
- Administer and assist with the annual open enrollment process, ensuring clear communication and compliance.
- Answer frequently asked HR-related questions from employees and applicants, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Generate HR reports such as performance evaluations, employment authorizations, and workforce analytics.
- Support wellness initiatives, training programs, and special events to enhance employee engagement.
- Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of HR records and files.
- Stay up to date with federal, state, and local employment laws and ensure organizational compliance.
100% onsite position in Farmington Hills, MI.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of HR experience
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, including screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience in talent sourcing, including passive candidate outreach and building talent pipelines.
- Knowledge of best practices in employee engagement and recruitment marketing.
- Familiarity with HR metrics
- Experience supporting or administering performance management processes
- Experience in a SaaS setting
