What are the responsibilities and job description for the Process and Performance Manager Broker Management position at Lufthansa Technik Component Services LLC.?
As the Process and Performance Manager Broker Management , you will perform the following duties :
- Oversee all processes related to outside brokerage services within AMERICAS
- Work to improve processes and drive efficiency whether handled locally or on the corporate level
- Work with process management persons or departments within the company regarding cross-functional subjects
- Provide support to operations especially regarding interfaces between transportation and broker processes
- Liaison with relevant IT departments
- Business ownership of IT applications to decide on requirements for necessary developments aimed at ensuring high-quality compatibility of data
- Describe customs regulations and ensure mapping in the internal process documentation tool (ProX), including linking with the relevant logistics processes
- All other duties as assigned or required
