What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Administrator position at Mankato Clinic?
An HR Administrator is responsible for assisting the staff, leaders, and providers at Mankato Clinic with any questions relating to their employment (benefits, policies, procedures, etc.) in order to help Mankato Clinic be the employer of choice. This position works collaboratively within the HR team of 5, to coordinate the new employee orientation process, employee benefit administration, FMLA administration, recruitment, employee events, performance review process, employee relations, wellness activities, and other special projects. Required:
- 2 year degree in business or related field
- 3 years experience working in Human Resources
- Ability to maintain the highest level of discretion and confidentiality
- Experience working with the public and the ability to maintain a professional image
- Strong interpersonal and conflict management skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Exceptional organizational and communications skills
- Customer service experience
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred:
- 4 year degree in business management, human resources, or related field
- Previous experience with HRIS systems
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM-CP certification
Benefits & Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $29.75-$44.55, initial pay based on relevant work experience.
