Asset Manager

• Planning: Planning for asset acquisition, and determining when to buy or sell investments
• Acquiring: Acquiring assets, and liaising with suppliers to get the best price
• Valuing: Calculating asset valuation and depreciation scales
• Disposing: Disposing of assets by replacing, selling, or scraping them
• Tracking: Tracking asset location, and monitoring materials, workforce, tools, equipment, and supplies
• Analyzing: Analyzing asset performance, and producing asset risk assessments
• Recommending: Recommending asset investment opportunities
• Reporting: Reporting on finance and forecasting budgets
• Working with systems: Working with asset management systems and tracking technologies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,626.97 - $51,335.70 per year
