YOUR IMPACT
As a Project Assistant - Admin, you work closely with our project managers to support the effective planning, organization, and execution of our high-quality projects. Accuracy and efficiency are your top priorities as you help create job schedules, establish timelines, process invoices, and maintain essential documentation. You keep close records of all project-related communication and regularly update job files. As needed, you also help perform additional research and collect vital data to ensure we achieve impressive results for clients!
REQUIREMENTS
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
