SUMMARY:
The Talent Acquisition Leader will work on-site at Robert Bosch to lead recruiting activities for hourly, skilled, and salaried positions. This position will have responsibility for delivering MAU’s service commitment daily and will be accountable for achieving approved recruiting metrics and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. The Talent Acquisition Leader may be involved in recruiting activities, but the main function of this role is to drive the recruiting process and ensure accurate reporting to the client.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3 years of recruiting or HR experience
- Prior experience leading a team directly, or functioning in a Project Manager capacity
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of hiring process, benefit policies, and relocation policies as they relate to internal & external exempt & non-exempt positions
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Lean manufacturing experience (preferred)
- CPC, PHR or other relevant certification (preferred)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with client HR department and hiring managers while leading the placement process
- Follow up with hiring managers on requisition approvals and/or rejections
- Work with hiring managers to draft job descriptions
- Schedule and lead position qualification meetings to understand the hiring managers’ needs once vacancy requisitions are approved and prior to internal posting
- Facilitate all internal and external hiring activities, including requisition tracking, job posting, interview scheduling, candidate disposition, etc.
- Facilitate post interview meetings with targeted selection interview teams
- Coordinate exempt offer negotiation, offer, acceptance, and follow-up
- Act as liaison between MAU recruiters and client representatives for hiring activities
- Serve as responsible party for the recruiting, compensation structure, benefits administration, and problem resolution for MAU professional contract associates
- Lead the recruiting, onboard, and placement activities for Co-op program
- Run detailed reports on critical metrics including: First Pass Yield, Time to Fill, Declines and Customer Satisfaction
- Organize and participate in job fairs, career expos, etc.
- Lead and delegate duties to the onsite Associate Employment Specialist
- Maintain various reporting spreadsheets for client and Monthly Billing Spreadsheet
- Participate in monthly Finance meetings to review MAU invoices and payment tracker
- Maintain and review AAP data for annual reports in applicant tracking system
- Participate in and lead CIP projects
- Assist with weekly processing of MAU professional contractor time
