Responsibilities

- Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel and taking messages as needed.
- Perform office duties, including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and organizing files.
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed, assisting with various tasks such as data entry and document preparation.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to enhance the office environment.
- Handle customer inquiries with patience and professionalism, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to improve office efficiency and workflow.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency in using office equipment, Dentrix, and phone systems.
- Familiarity with administrative tasks such as scheduling, dental claims, dental insurance verification, and data entry is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
