The ideal candidate would have 2 years experience in the veterinary field and previous work experience with Avimark practice software. The ideal receptionist candidate must be responsible, friendly, trustworthy, able to multi-task, be highly organized and have excellent attention to detail. Job duties include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, medical terminology, and providing excellent customer service to both our clients and their furry family members.
