Provides strategic technical leadership for Engineering and Program Management across the organization. Guides manufacturing footprint optimization (MFO) and Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) activities for large and/or complex customer programs ensuring program excellence. Develops and drives engineering and program management processes and standards enterprise-wide.

- Comprehensive knowledge of engineering practices, program management methodologies, and cross-functional leadership principles.
- Demonstrated experience in manufacturing footprint optimization (MFO) ensuring organizational manufacturing capabilities are maximized in an efficient manner.
- Comprehensive Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) experience ensuring customer quality expectations are met.
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, team-oriented communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated success implementing enterprise-wide improvements in complex and diverse environments.
- Ability to interface and work with diverse groups internally and externally.
- Excellent strategic planning, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills within a matrix organization.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align technical initiatives with financial and operational objectives.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Computer Science, or related discipline, or equivalent education and experience.
- Master's degree or MBA preferred.
Experience Requirements
- Ten years of experience in quality, engineering, program management, or related fields.
- Minimum five years of demonstrated success in leadership positions overseeing technical programs.
- Experience managing enterprise-wide initiatives.
