Position Overview:
As an Outbound BDC Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and enhancing customer engagement through proactive outreach. You will be responsible for contacting potential customers, following up on leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from our lead database and follow up on inquiries.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide relevant information about our vehicles and services.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team, ensuring a smooth transition from the BDC to the showroom.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving lead conversion rates.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for every customer.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly call and appointment-setting goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Previous experience in a BDC, call center, or sales environment preferred, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
