McDonald Nissan is looking for an experienced bi-lingual English and Spanish-speaking internet manager for our third sales manager position. The digital retail manager will have all the standard responsibilities of a sales manager and will have the primary responsibility of maintaining exceptional internet and phone leads closing ratios.

- Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process.
- Build relationships with customers to establish a customer network.
- Provide training and support for the sales staff and assist in closing deals.
- Help manage the productivity of the sales department.
- Facilitate regular sales training for continued team growth.
- Conducts sales training meetings.
- Works with salespeople on programs to increase sales and helps close deals when necessary.
- 5 years of previous automotive sales experience is required.
- 5 years of supervisory experience is preferred.
- 1 year of Dealer System Management experience is preferred.
- Clean motor vehicle record
- Professional, well-groomed appearance
- Available to work flexible hours and weekends
