Title - Assistant Superintendent
Second Shift - M-F - 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.
The Assistant Superintendent is responsible for the construction site and activities occurring on a renovation project of a full corporate campus located in Wilmington DE.
The Assistant Superintendent oversees and directs the material, tools, equipment, and labor used to complete the construction activities. The Assistant Superintendent is responsible for job site logistics, quality control and safety.
This position requires strong leadership skills with a minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Foreman or Field Engineer.
In lieu of a degree, candidate should have eight (8) years of construction experience and knowledge of multiple construction trades.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Must have general knowledge of all trades on the project and must be able to forecast and execute the required activities within the project schedule
Must have excellent communication skills and be able to interact with co-workers, owners, owners’ representatives and design professionals
Must be capable of learning new technical and non-technical information and applying it in the field in relatively short time periods
