What are the responsibilities and job description for the Collections Administrative Assistant position at McLeod Enterprises?

Elite Home Property Management is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for our Collections department.


Responsibilities:

  • Willingness to learn to file court documents in local General District Courts.
  • Tenant file maintenance.
  • Ability to travel to Salem City, Roanoke City, & Roanoke Co.
  • Mail certified letters to tenants and track.
  • Communicate with tenants via phone, text, correspondence, and email.

Talent and Experience needed to preform job:

  • Ability to follow specific instructions.
  • Can work with minimal supervision.
  • Task oriented.
  • Comfortable with computers.
  • Excel and Microsoft experience (a must).
  • Strict organizational and time management skills.
  • Fast learning ability.
  • Professional presentation.

Requirements: Associate degree. Some College. Driver’s License. Liability Insurance.

Two years' experience working in an office setting.

Part-time position: Will work between 20-25 hours per week. Some overtime as needed.

Day shift – Office setting.

Suggested pay: $18.00 – 20.00 per hour


Salary : $18 - $20
