Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications and production schedules.
- Utilize hand tools and measuring instruments, such as calipers, to verify the accuracy of machined components.
- Perform quality control checks throughout the production process to maintain product integrity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with CNC machinery, including basic maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate to improve processes and product designs.
- Assemble components as required, ensuring that all parts meet quality specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Experience
- Proven experience operating CNC machinery in a factory setting is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex machinery operations.
- Familiarity with forklift operation is a plus.
- Experience with logic controllers is advantageous for troubleshooting machine functions.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and measuring devices for quality assurance tasks.
- Previous exposure to quality control processes within manufacturing environments.
