Job Description: The Construction Administration Assistant will provide administrative support to construction project teams. Your responsibilities will include preparing and processing construction documents, coordinating communication between project managers and clients, maintaining project files, and assisting with project reporting and documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to construction project teams.
- Prepare and process construction documents, contracts, and permits.
- Coordinate communication between project managers, contractors, and clients.
- Maintain project files and records.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and site visits.
- Assist with project reporting and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
