RADIOLOGY BACKGROUND PREFERED
This role involves providing technical support to Radiologists.
The individual will primarily focus on troubleshooting and supporting key systems, including PowerScribe, Intelerad, and Clario.
**Candidates should have PACS-related troubleshooting experience, though it is not a strict requirement. A strong background in healthcare IT, particularly supporting Radiologists, is essential, with 3–6 years of relevant experience.
Experience in escalating issues to appropriate teams and working within a structured ticketing system, such as ServiceNow, is also necessary.
Key Qualifications & Must-Have Skills
- PACS Support Experience – Hands-on experience with Intelerad or similar PACS systems.
- ServiceNow Expertise – Proficiency in using ServiceNow or another ticketing system for issue tracking and escalation.
- PowerScribe Troubleshooting – Ability to support PowerScribe users (not development or reading, just troubleshooting).
- Technical Support Background – 3–6 years of experience in end-user technical support.
- Healthcare IT Experience – Prior experience working in a healthcare setting, specifically supporting Radiologists as end users.
