JOB PURPOSE
The Digital Marketing Manager is a dynamic role designed for someone who lives and breathes social media, content creation, and digital engagement. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, crafting compelling content, and using data-driven insights to optimize MPI’s online presence.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Social Media Strategy & Execution (50%)
Own and execute social media content strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, and TikTok.
Develop and manage the social media content calendar, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
Act as the community manager, engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, and fostering an active digital presence.
Create compelling multimedia content, including posts, graphics, short-form videos, and live content.
Stay ahead of social trends, platform changes, and emerging digital opportunities.
Coordinate with MPI’s external paid media agency to ensure alignment between organic and paid content strategies.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure unified messaging and campaign goals across all digital channels.
2. Performance Analytics & Data-Driven Strategy (20%)
Monitor and analyze Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Insights to evaluate digital content performance.
Identify key trends and audience behaviors to refine content and social media strategies.
Translate analytics into actionable insights for the broader brand and marketing team.
Provide regular reporting on KPIs, ensuring our digital efforts are driving engagement and conversions.
Collaborate with the paid media agency to analyze performance data and continuously optimize campaign targeting and spend.
3. Content Creation & Video Production (15%)
Work closely with internal creative teams and external creative partners to develop impactful content.
Create short-form videos, reels, and motion graphics for social platforms.
Capture and create on-site event content, including behind-the-scenes coverage, interviews, and social media takeovers.
4. Additional Responsibilities (15%)
Collaborate with internal teams to align social media with overall brand initiatives.
Support influencer marketing and partnerships to amplify MPI’s brand voice.
Assist in optimizing MPI’s website content to enhance user experience and SEO performance.
Attend MPI events and industry conferences to create real-time digital activations.
Travel Required: 15-20%
EXPERIENCE
5 years of experience managing social media strategy, content creation, and analytics.
Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Experience with video production, editing, and short-form content creation.
International marketing experience is a strong advantage.
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and paid media campaign management preferred.
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Ability to interpret marketing data and recommend strategy optimizations.
Experience in managing influencer collaborations and partnerships.
WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This is a remote position, but strong preference will be given to candidates based in Dallas, TX, where MPI is headquartered. Team members based in Dallas are expected to work in-office four days per month for collaboration and team meetings. Must be available to travel for events and conferences as required.
