Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing charity events from start to finish
- Coordinate event logistics, including setup, equipment, and scheduling
- Support the Event Coordinator and team in ensuring smooth event operations
- Engage with event attendees, answering questions and providing information on behalf of our clients
- Help manage on-site event staff and volunteers, providing guidance and support
- Track event materials and supplies, ensuring all items are ready and accounted for
- Gather feedback and report on event outcomes, providing insights for improvement
- Work closely with the marketing and promotions team to ensure consistent messaging
Requirements
- Authorization to work in the United States
- No prior experience or specific education required; training will be provided
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel locally as needed for events
