The Scheduling Coordinator delivers excellent customer and patient service while scheduling the patients for pre-op, post-op, surgeries, and massages. The ideal candidate would be an individual seeking to focus on customer care in the healthcare space.
- Performs clerical and administrative functions such as customer service and record-keeping
- Responsible for Interviewing and Obtaining/Verifying clients information
- Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements
- Provide excellent Customer Service, ensuring that clients unique needs are met
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Requirements
- GED or High School Diploma
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Medical Terminology knowledge preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
